Shipping & Returns
Please include a complete name, street address, phone number, email address and issue you are having with product. Please
DO NOT use a PO Box for your shipping address. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to
you and an extra charge will be assessed. All stock will be shipped the
same or next day. Shipping is limited to the continental United States.shipping warranty product, please include a copy of your sales receipt.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to Shav-Tronics for a refund within the first 30 days of date on invoice. Products returned must be complete in their original packaging and a copy of the invoice. Products returned to us missing parts, not in original packaging, or ordered to trouble shoot will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shaver heads can not be returned if the packaging is opened.
Money Back Guarantee
Most shavers have a 30-60 day money back guarantee offered by its manufacturer. Just follow the manufacturers directions included with the product.
As a company registered with Arizona State Department, Shav-Tronics is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Arizona. Sales Tax will be calculated based on the price of the item and shipping will not be taxed.
Our orders will be shipped utilizing UPS. Please include a complete street address. We are not liable for incorrect addresses and please DO NOT use a PO Box. UPS does not deliver to them and the order will be returned to us.
